资本禀赋、价值认知与农户绿肥养地采纳行为——基于南方稻区农户调查数据及生态补偿政策的调节效应

摘　　要：以南方稻区广西、湖南、江西、安徽和河南五省1217户农户调查数据为基础,运用二分类Logit模型实证分析农户的资本禀赋、价值认知对其绿肥养地采纳行为的影响机制和影响程度,并检验政府的生态补偿政策对二者影响农户行为的调节效应。结果表明:拥有良好个体和家庭禀赋的农户以及社会关系网络越紧密的农户采纳绿肥养地的可能性越大;农民对绿肥养地的经济和生态价值认知水平均显著正向影响农户的绿肥养地采纳行为。此外,生态补偿政策对农民受教育程度、耕地面积、耕地性质、政府信任、经济价值认知和生态价值认知影响农户绿肥养地采纳行为的过程具有正向调节效应,说明引入生态补偿政策可以显著提升农民绿肥养地行为发生的可能性。Based on the survey data of 1217 households in five provinces of Guangxi,Hunan,Jiangxi,An⁃hui and Henan in Southern China,the paper empirically analyzes the impact mechanism and the impact degree of farmers’capital endowment and value cognition on their adoption behavior of planting green manure by us⁃ing the Binary Logit Model.It also examines the moderating effect of the government’s ecological compensation policy on the farmers’behavior impacted by capital endowment and value cognition.The results show that farm⁃ers with good individual and family endowments and farmers with a closer social network are more likely to plant green manure.Farmers’awareness of the economic and ecological value of green manure significantly and positively affects farmers’adoption behavior of planting green manure.In addition,the ecological compen⁃sation policy has a positive moderating effect on farmers’adoption behavior of planting green manure affected by farmers’education level,cultivated land area,cultivated land property,government trust,economic value cognition,and ecological value cognition.It shows that ecological compensation policy can significantly in⁃crease the possibility of green manure planting behavior.
