摘　　要：新安医家孙一奎、郑梅涧在全面分析、理解了先贤对于命门位置、形态、属性、肾命关系、功能及临证应用的前提下,结合自己的认识和临床实践,提出独到见解,各自在传承的基础上有理有据地进行创新与发微,赋予命门学说新的内涵,影响了同时代及后世的诸多医家,值得进一步学习研究。Sun Yikui and Zheng Meijian are Xin an doctors,analyzed and understood the function,application of kidney life relation of the position and shape attribute of life gate.Combined with their own understanding and clinical practice,come up with their own ideas.On the basis of inheritance,they carry out innovation and development with good reason.At the same time,endows the life gate theory with new connotation.It has influenced many contemporary and later generations of doctors,which is worthy of further study.
