西药联合清肺咳喘膏治疗支气管哮喘30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西药联合清肺咳喘膏治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各30例,两组均予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂常规治疗,治疗组另予清肺咳喘膏口服,14 d后观察两组患者临床表现和治疗前、后的肺功能。结果:治疗组临床疗效更明显(P<0.05),两组肺功能较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:西药联合清肺咳喘膏治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期,能够有效减轻症状,提高临床疗效,改善肺功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of western medicine combined with Qingfei Kechuan Herbal Paste in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods 60 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 patients each.Both groups were treated with salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhaler twice daily for 1 unit each to routine treatment.And the treatment group again given Qingfei Kechuan Herbal Paste orally three times daily for 20ml each.After 14 days,observe the lung function of before and after treatment and clinical manifestations of the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).The lung function of both groups of patients was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).And the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with Qingfei Kechuan Herbal Paste can effectively reduce symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,improve pulmonary function.
