摘  要:通过研究夏季平茬时间对日光温室‘藤稔’葡萄生长发育的影响,为平茬时间的精准选择提供理论依据。结果表明,不同平茬时间对萌芽早晚、新梢生长状况、冬芽质量以及翌年的物候期和果实品质产生影响。采后6 d和采后16 d平茬葡萄的物候期较早,结果枝率、花色苷和可溶性固形物较高;采后26 d平茬葡萄的物候期晚、果粒小且品质较差。综合研究发现,采后6~16 d为最佳平茬时间,在该时间段平茬翌年葡萄的物候期早且果实品质较好。Through the study of the effect of stuming time in summer on the growth and development of'Fujiminori'grape in greenhouse,this paper provided a theoretical basis for the accurate selection of stumping time in summer.The results showed that different stumping time in summer affected the sprouting time,the growth of new shoots,the quality of winter buds,the phenology of the next year and the quality of fruits.6 days and 16 days after fruit harvest,the phenology of fruit branch was earlier,the fruit branch ratio,anthocyanin and soluble solids were higher.However,26 days after fruit harvest,the phenology of fruit branch was later,the fruit grain was small and the quality was poor.Therefore,the best time of fruit retrenchment was from 6 days to 16 days after harvest,in which the phenology of grape was earlier and the fruit quality was better.
