摘 要:乳腺癌是当今女性最常被诊断出的癌症类型,也是全球女性癌症死亡的主要原因。目前针对乳腺癌原发肿瘤的治疗策略已明显改善,但预防及治疗转移的效果较差。在乳腺癌患者中,转移性疾病仍然是死亡的主要原因,转移很大程度上是由乳腺癌微环境中趋化因子驱动的,其中CXC亚家族趋化因子13(chemokine ligand 13,CXCL13)是一种被广泛研究的趋化因子,在癌症的发生及发展过程中起着重要作用,分析CXCL13在乳腺癌发生发展中的变化与机制,有望为乳腺癌预防和转移诊断提供新的标志物,为治疗提供新靶点。Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed type of cancer in women,and it is the leading cause of cancer deaths among women worldwide.At present,the treatment strategies for primary tumors of breast cancer have been significantly improved,but the effect of preventing and treating metastasis is not satisfied.Among breast cancer patients,metastatic disease remains the leading cause of deaths,metastasis is largely driven by chemokines in the breast cancer microenvironment,of which CXCL13 is widely studied and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Analysis of the changes and mechanisms of CXCL13 in the occurrence and development of breast cancer is expected to provide new markers for breast cancer prevention and metastasis diagnosis,and provide new targets for breast cancer treatment.
