白芍总苷辅助治疗系统性红斑狼疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白芍总苷辅助治疗系统性红斑狼疮的效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年12月医院收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者106例,按照随机数字法分为对照组(甲泼尼龙+羟氯喹)和观察组(在对照组基础上加白芍总苷),每组53例。比较两组临床疗效、免疫指标水平、SLE疾病活动度指数(SLEDAI)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,总有效率观察组高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组补体C3、补体C4水平明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组SLEDAI评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05);不良反应总发生率观察组低于对照组(P> 0.05)。结论白芍总苷辅助治疗应用于系统性红斑狼疮能提高治疗效果,改善免疫指标水平,降低SLE活动度,不会增加不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of total paeoniflorin in the adjuvant treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods 106 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus treated in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group( treated with methylprednisolone + hydroxychloroquine) and observation group( treated with total paeoniflorin on the basis of control group),53 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy,immune index level,SLE disease activity index( SLEDAI) score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05);the levels of complement C3 and complement C4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P< 0. 05);the SLEDAI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05);and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion-Total paeony glycoside adjuvant therapy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the level of immune indicators,reduce the activity of SLE,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
