复方大黄煎剂联合紫草油治疗重度难愈性压疮临床观察  

Observation on Curative Effect of Compound Dahuang Decoction Combined with Lithospermum Oil in Treatment of Severe and Refractory Pressure Sore

摘　　要：目的观察复方大黄煎剂联合紫草油治疗重度难愈性压疮患者的临床疗效。方法选择Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组使用中药复方大黄煎剂联合紫草药油治疗,对照组外用西药治疗,治疗前后30 d分3次评价。结果治疗组治愈率达73.3%(22/30),总有效率96.7%(29/30),对照组治愈率50.0%(15/30),总有效率86.67%(26/30),两组对照差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论复方大黄煎剂联合紫草药油治疗Ⅲ期以上压疮效果良好。Objective To observe the curative effect of Compound Dahuang Decoction combined with Lithospermum Oil in the treatment of severe and refractory pressuresore. Methods Sixty patients with pressure sore at Ⅲ Ⅳ period were selected and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each. The treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine Compound Dahuang Decoction combined with Lithospermum Oil. The control group used routine treatment. We made three times of evaluation 30 days before and aftertreatment. Results The treatment group’s cure rate was 73. 3%( 22/30) and the total effective rate was 96. 7%( 29/30). The control group’s cure rate was 50. 0%( 15/30) and the total effective rate was86. 67%( 26/30). The two groups had statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The curative effect of Compound Dahuang Decoction combined with Lithospermum Oil in the treatment of severe and refractory pressure sore is good.
