摘  要:某油田在采油作业过程中发生玻璃钢抽油杆断裂事故,采用尺寸测量、玻璃化转变温度检测、树脂含量检测、力学性能试验及硬度测试等方法,对玻璃钢抽油杆的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该玻璃钢抽油杆的抗拉强度低于要求值,在作业过程中承受反复拉压作用,玻璃纤维逐步断裂成劈散形貌;接箍与井壁的偏磨加速了杆体的断裂。The fracture accident of fiberglass sucker rod occurred in the process of oil production.The fracture causes of the fiberglass sucker rod were analyzed by means of size measurement,glass transition temperature detection,resin content detection,mechanical property test and hardness test.The results show that the tensile strength of the fiberglass sucker rod was lower than the required value,and it bore repeatedly tension and compression during operation.The fiberglass gradually fractured into a split and scatter shape.The eccentric wear between coupling and shaft wall accelerated the fracture of rod.
