摘　　要：通过系统梳理和考证史籍、医典和以往研究成果可以发现,古代汉族和藏族在医药典籍、医学理论、诊治技术、药物及养生理论等方面都有广泛而深入的交流与融合。这些医药典籍中的文献记载展现古老的中国智慧,深入阐述了古代汉藏医药交流的历史与成就。According to the historical records, medical texts and previous research results, it can be found that in ancient times, there were extensive and in-depth exchanges and fusions between Tibetans and Han people in medical classics, medical theory, diagnosis and treatment technology, medical and health-preservation theory, ect. The records in medical classics also show the wisdom of ancient Chinese. In this paper, the history and achievements of the medical exchange between Han People and Tibetan People in ancient times are expounded.
