摘 要:利用溶胶凝胶合成法制备了Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9(GDC)电解质,并利用XRD,SEM对GDC粉体和电解质基片进行了物相表征.运用Hebb-Wagner极化法组装离子阻塞电极,考察GDC电解质在空气气氛下450~750℃的电子电导率.实验结果表明,GDC呈立方萤石结构,电解质片表面与断面致密.同时,测定出的GDC电子电导率在750℃时为5.698×10^-5 S/cm,在450~750℃下电子电导率与温度呈良好的线性关系.Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9(GDC)solid electrolyte was prepared using sol-gel method.The GDC powder and electrolyte substrates were characterized by XRD and SEM.Ionic blocking electrodes were assembled by Hebb-Wagner polarization method,and the electronic conductivity of GDC solid electrolyte during 450~750℃in air was studied.The results showed that the structure of GDC is cubic fluorite;both the surface and the section of electrolyte were dense.At the same time,the electronic conductivity of GDC measured at 750℃is 5.698×10^-5 S/cm,and there is a good linear relationship between the electronic conductivity and temperature at 450~750℃.
