摘  要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Sr0.9La0.1TiO3前驱物粉体,将其与硬脂酸进行混合,制备陶瓷样品.硬脂酸混合前驱物粉体制备的陶瓷样品具有立方结构,属于Pm-3m空间群,与未混合样品相比较,塞贝克系数绝对值降低,电阻率提高.Firstly,Sr0.9La0.1TiO3 precursor powders were prepared by sol-gel method,and then mixed with stearic acid to prepare ceramic samples.The ceramic sample prepared by stearic acid mixed precursor powder has cubic structure and belongs to the Pm-3m space group.Compared with the unmixed sample,the absolute value of Seebeck coefficient decreased and the resistivity increased for the sample prepared by stearic acid mixed precursor powder.
