摘 要:文章在西方“身体美学”研究热潮兴起的背景下,探讨慧能禅身心合一的休闲智慧。慧能明确提出“明心见性”“顿悟成佛”,打破了以往“由定发慧”的禅修规程。慧能禅常见的禅修方式有耕种劳作、茶禅、亲近自然等。在禅修的过程中,顿悟可以是日常生活中住行坐卧的每一个当下之念,但顿悟是讲究机缘的,往往是特定情境中身心激荡下的幡然领悟,具有亲证性、独特性和个性化的特点。禅者顿悟后的境界是无心于万物而又随缘应化,任运自然。慧能禅在理论上认为本体性的“心性”虽然远远高于“眼耳鼻舌身意”这些身体感官感受,但始终强调身心合一的体悟或实践。This paper discusses the leisure wisdom of Huineng Chan on the unity of body and mind under the background of rising studies on body aesthetics in the West.Huineng broke the convention from meditation to wisdom by proposing"clear mind realizes nature"and"epiphany into Buddha".Common meditation practices include farming,tea chan and staying close to nature.During meditation,epiphany could occur in any moment of daily life depending on opportunity.It often appears to be a sudden understanding in a specific situation under the physical and mental agitation,featuring practical realization,uniqueness and individualization.After epiphany,chan is unintentional to all things and acts in accord with conditions and changes.Although Huineng chan believed that the feeling of mind was better than the feeling of body such as eyes,ears,tongue and nose in theory,the realization and practice of body and mind unity was more emphasized.
