新时代中国共产党政党文化建设的目标、内容体系与实践策略探析

摘　　要：中国共产党在近百年的发展历程中形成了自己独特的政党文化。新时代保持党的先进性和纯洁性,在目标上要建设具有马克思主义特质、秉持现代执政理念和融汇中国传统文化底蕴的政党文化;在内容体系上要完善政党思想文化、制度文化、行为文化和心理文化;在实践策略上要加强政党文化建设理论研究、重视政党文化建设实践主体、拓宽政党文化建设实践载体和健全政党文化建设保障体系。建设先进政党文化,坚定政党文化自信,不断增强党的凝聚力、号召力和战斗力,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”提供强大的动力。The Communist Party of China(CPC)has formed its unique party culture during the development in the past one hundred years.In order to keep the advanced nature and purity of the CPC,the set goal is to build a party culture with Marxist characteristics,modern governing ideas and Chinese traditional culture.In terms of content,the party culture of thought,system,behavior and psychology should be improved.For practices,the theoretical study of party culture construction should be strengthened,the practitioners and activities of party culture construction should be encouraged,and a sound guarantee system should be built.In order to achieve the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we should firmly and confidently believe our party culture and further enhance our party’s ability to lead,power to unite and energy to fight.
