摘 要:基于电磁场Maxwell方程理论及微波的热效应理论,利用有限元软件对谐振腔内的电磁场分布模态进行了仿真计算,并讨论了微波馈入口位置、数量、方向等对滚筒内电磁场均匀性的影响。结果表明,电磁波谐振模式严重影响电磁场在谐振腔内的分布,通过对模态的选择可实现温度场的均匀分布,最终形成对茶叶的均匀杀青效果。Based on Maxwell equation electromagnetic field and microwave thermal effect theories,an finite element method software was used to simulate the electromagnetic field distribution mode in the resonant cavity.In order to improve the uniformity of electromagnetic field in the drum,the effects of the position,quantity and direction of the microwave inlets were also discussed.The results show that the resonant mode of electromagnetic wave seriously affects the distribution of electromagnetic field in the resonant cavity.The uniform distribution of temperature field can be obtained through the selection of resonant mode modes.Same heat effect can be realized for various kinds of thick tea leaves.
