摘　　要：在浮船坞上改装一套新型优质高效的除锈方法,即高压水喷射除锈方法。通过在浮船坞淡水系统加设支路连接高压水动力泵组,排出口以高压水到达水密封盖式喷嘴,当高压喷嘴的射流打击在船体表面时,并且满足高压水射流的冲击力大于铁锈废漆表面附着力,高压水射流将铁锈废漆其他污垢剥离冲掉,达到清洁船体的目的,冲洗后的铁锈废漆混合污水,经过浮船坞收集后驳到岸上净化处理,处理合格后可回注浮船坞高压水管路再次利用。高压水喷射除锈方法,不使用矿砂,没有砂尘灰尘,不污染空气,除锈产生的废水和锈皮可以回收处理,是一种较为环保和高效的除锈方法。Based on the existing method,a new set of high quality and efficient derusting methodin the floating dockusing high-pressure water jet was developed.By adding branches in the fresh water system of floating dock to connect the high-pressure hydraulic pump,the high-pressure water discharged from the outlet reaches the water-sealed-cap nozzle.The high pressure jet blow on hull surface.When the impact force of high pressure water is greater than the surface adhesion of rust waste paint,the rust waste paint and other dirt will be stripped off,so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning hull.The washed rust waste paint mixed sewage was collected by the floating dock and transferred to the shore for purification treatment.After qualified treatment,it could be recycled into the high pressure water pipe of the floating dock for reuse.High pressure water spray derusting method does not use ore,has no sand and dust,does not pollute the air,the waste water and rust produced by derusting can be recovered and treated,is a more environmentally friendly and efficient derusting method.
