摘　　要：离心泵广泛应用于化学工业。据化工行业统计,离心泵故障有50%~70%是因机械密封故障引起的。文章结合实际对机械密封泄漏的原因进行分析并提出相应措施,为解决机械密封失效问题提出实用的经验。According to statistics of the chemical industry,50%to 70%of centrifugal pump failures are caused by mechanical seal failures,This paper analyzes the cause of mechanical seal leakage and puts forward the corresponding measures,In order to solve the problem of mechanical seal leakage can draw lessons from experience.
