唐山环渤海地区新型工业化基地建设问题研究

摘　　要：2020年是习近平总书记对唐山提出"三个努力建成"重要指示十周年,"努力建成环渤海地区的新型工业化基地"作为其中之一,是习总书记亲自为唐山这座资源型工业城市转型升级确立的方向目标。10年来,唐山深入推进供给侧结构性改革,环渤海地区新型工业化基地建设步伐不断提速,但是仍存在创新不足、产业优化度不高、项目建设不优、人才保障不到位、资源环境约束严重等短板,需采取有力措施坚定不移推动转型发展,在建设环渤海地区新型工业化基地上实现新突破。General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important instructions for Tangshan City that"striving to build a new industrial base in the Bohai Sea coastal region".In the past decade,Tangshan has pushed forward the supply side structural reform in depth,and the pace of the new industrialization bases around the Bohai Sea construction of has been accelerating.However,there are still some shortcomings,such as insufficient innovation,low industrial optimization,poor project construction,inadequate personnel security,and serious constraints on resources and environment.Therefore,we need to take strong measures to unswervingly promote transformation and development,and achieve new breakthroughs in building a new industrial base around the Bohai Sea.
