摘　　要：血余炭是人的头发经炮制加工而得,自古以来血余多制炭后入药,临床上广泛用于治疗出血诸症,效果确切。为进一步开发利用血余炭,文章通过整理分析历代本草、现代专著、文献等资料,对血余炭的炮制历史沿革进行考证,厘清了血余炭的炮制发展,并从化学成分、药理作用、临床应用等方面作了全面综述。Charred human hair is obtained from the processing of human hair.Human hair is used as a drug after making charcoal from ancient times to the present.It has been widely used clinically to treat hemorrhage.In order to further develop and use the Charred human hair,the article researched the history of the processing of Charred human hair,and clarified the processing and development of it by analyzing ancientherbal books,monographs,andliterature.And the paper gives a comprehensive review of chemical composition,pharmacology and clinical application.
