摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床特征及治疗转归。方法收集2020年1月1日至2月20日江汉大学附属医院收治的COVID-19患者的临床资料,观察不同类型COVID-19患者临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查、治疗及临床转归。结果共纳入764例患者,平均年龄(59.33±15.15)岁,365例为男性。最常见的症状是发热、咳嗽、疲乏和呼吸困难。256例患者合并有基础疾病。567例好转出院,131例转院,52例死亡。与普通型比较,重型及危重型组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原、肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶等指标均明显升高,淋巴细胞计数明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COVID-19以发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、疲乏为主要症状;高龄、多种合并症应警惕重症。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristic,treatment and prognosis of patients withCOVID-19.MethodsPatients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jianghan University from January 1,2020 toFebruary 20 with confirmed COVID-19 were respectively enrolled.Clinical manifestations,laboratory results,imaging examinations,treatments and clinical outcomes of the patients were analyzed.ResultsThe average age of 764 patients enrolled was(59.33±15.15),and 365 were males.The most common symptoms were fever(581),cough(466),fatigue(355)and dyspnea(229)and 256 patients had underlying comorbidities.A total of 567 patientswere discharged,131 transferred to other hospitals,and 52 died.Compared with common COVID-19 patients,white blood cell count,neutrophil count,hypersensitive C reactive protein,procalcitonin,creatinine,and alanineaminotransferasewere significantly increased in severe and critically ill patients,while lymphocyte count was signifi-cantly reduced.ConlusionThe main symptoms of COVID-19 are fever,cough,dyspnea and fatigue.Elderlypatients with multiple comorbidities might be prone to severe illness.
