摘 要:在骨盆手术中,骨盆结构复杂、术区暴露困难、可视性差一直是骨科医师面临的难题。随着材料科学和3D打印技术的发展,3D打印在骨科中的应用越来越广泛。骨盆手术中3D打印技术的应用包括:(1)构建三维解剖模型,进行术前规划,制定最佳手术方案;(2)3D打印导板促进骨盆手术微创化、简单化;(3)骨盆肿瘤治疗中,3D打印定制多孔结构的假体解决骨盆肿瘤等复杂不规则骨缺损的有效方法。本文将对以上内容作一综述。In orthopedic surgery,the structure of pelvis is complex,the exposure of operation area is difficult,and the visibility is poor.With the development of materials science and 3 D printing technology,3 D printing is more and more widely used in orthopedics.The application of 3 D printing technology in pelvic surgery includes:(1)Construct three-dimensional anatomical model,carry out preoperative planning,and make the best operation plan.(2)3 D printing guide plate makes pelvis operation minimally invasive and simple.(3)In the treatment of pelvic tumor,3 D printing of porous prosthesis is considered to be an effective method to solve the complex and irregular bone defects such as pelvic tumor.
