基于电流型CMOS电路的四类三变量函数的新型算法及实现

摘　　要：本文基于电流型CMOS电路的特点,结合三变量函数分类方法以及和图转化方法,提出能够实现C8^4,C8^5,C8^6,C8^7类三变量函数的新型算法.基于该新算法,任意的三变量函数都能通过单个电流型CMOS电路单元实现.设计实例表明:所设计的电路都具有正确的逻辑功能和良好的瞬态特性.Basing on the characteristics of current-mode CMOS circuits,combining with the three-variable function classification method and graph conversion method,this paper proposes a new algorithm for three-variable functions of C C8^4,C8^5,C8^6,C8^7 classes.Basing on the new algorithm,any three-variable function can be implemented by a single current-mode CMOS circuit unit.The design example shows that the designed circuits have correct logic functions and good transient characteristics.
