摘 要:研究了矿物的物相组成及矿物结构,并以中铝矿业有限公司铝土矿为参考矿,对贵州铝土矿进行了可磨性实验,实验结果表明,贵州铝土矿铝硅比较低,结构致密,矿物硬度大且组成复杂,预脱硅和溶出条件较为苛刻;可磨性与基准矿相比,K100、K170均小于1,表明实验铝土矿比中铝矿业有限公司生产用矿难磨。因此,当料浆流速相同时,实验铝土矿对泵、阀、管道的磨损要大于中铝矿业有限公司生产用矿。The phase composition and structure of mineral was studied.Taking the bauxite in Chinalco Mining Co.,Ltd.as a reference mine,the grindability tests on Guizhou bauxite have been done.The results show that Guizhou bauxite is relatively low in the mass ratio of alumina to silicon oxide,with dense structure,high mineral hardness and complex composition,so the conditions of pre-desilication and dissolution are relatively harsh.Compared with the benchmark ore,K100,K170 are less than 1,that is,Guizhou bauxite is more difficult to grind than the mine for production in Chinalco Mining Co.,LTD.Therefore,when the slurry flow rate is the same,the grindability of the test bauxite on the pump,valve and pipe is greater than that of the mine used by Chinalco Mining Co.,LTD.
