液相沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌清洁工艺研究

摘  要:以盐酸浸取铅锌烟灰制得的氯化锌溶液为原料,以氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,利用液相沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌,通过化学分析测定制备过程锌损失率并用激光粒度仪测定纳米氧化锌的中值粒径(D50)来筛选最佳工艺条件。试验表明,最佳工艺条件为:Zn^2+初始浓度为1 mol/L,c(OH-)∶c(Zn^2+)=2.5∶1,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为60 min。并应用透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析手段,对所制备的氧化锌进行了表征,其结晶性良好,形貌球形居多,粒径介于20~50 nm。The zinc chloride solution prepared by leaching lead-zinc soot with hydrochloric acid as raw material,sodium hydroxide as the precipitant,and the liquid-phase precipitation method are used to prepare nano-zinc oxide.The optimum process conditions were determined by chemical analysis and median particle size(D50)of nano zinc oxide determined by laser particle size analyzer.Experiments show that the best process conditions are:the initial concentration of Zn^2+is 1 mol/L,c(OH-)∶c(Zn^2+)=2.5∶1,the reaction temperature is 90℃,and the reaction time is 60 min.The TEM and XRD analysis methods were used to characterize the nano-zinc oxide under the process conditions.Its crystallinity is good,the morphology is mostly spherical,the particle size is uniform,and the particle size is about 30 nm.
