摘 要:以东北育肥公牛盐湿皮为原料皮,在鞣革过程中应用了新的节水工艺,如浸水逆流循环工艺、脱毛浸灰废液循环利用工艺、制革废液循环利用工艺和脱灰软化废水循环工艺。相对常规工艺,新工艺综合节约用水60%以上,同时,单位产品取水量和废水产生量等指标均优于《制革行业清洁生产评价指标体系》的一级标准要求。Taking the salt wet skin of northeast fattening bull as raw material skin,new water-saving processes were applied in tanning process,such as countercurrent cycle of soaking,waste liquid recycling process from unhairing and deliming,wastewater recycling of deliming and bating and waste chromium liquid recycling.Compared with the conventional process,the new process saves more than 60%water comprehensively.At the same time,the indexes such as water intake per unit product and waste water production are better than the first-class standard requirements of the Evaluation Index System for Cleaner Production of Tannery Industry.
