摘  要:选取58名健康成年人(其中男性22人,女性36人),标定足部的15个点并将足部划分为6个区域,以建立足部测量点模板,使用压力测试仪进行压力不适、疼痛阈值的测试,通过重复度量方差分析方法对足部压力不适、疼痛阈值的性别、分区差异进行分析。结果表明:(1)足部不同区域的压力疼痛及不适阈值的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。健康成年人后跟中心处的足部压力不适、疼痛阈值最大,其次是前掌、足弓外侧、后跟分区(骨性位置)和足弓内侧分区阈值偏小,拇趾处最小。(2)男性足部压力疼痛及不适阈值范围值均高于女性(P<0.05)。健康成年人足部不同分区的不适、疼痛阈值有明显差异,在鞋类产品设计时可考虑以分区为依据来划分结构和材料的应用,且女性的不适、疼痛阈值相比男性显著较小,应在女性鞋靴及周边产品的设计上考虑适当地增加软性材料,以达到鞋类产品增加舒适感或减少不适、疼痛感的效果。Selecting 58 healthy adults(including 22 males and 36 females), calibration of foot 15 points and the foot is divided into six regions, to establish the foot measurement point template, using pressure tester for pressure discomfort and pain threshold test, through repeated measures analysis of variance method of foot pressure discomfort and pain threshold gender differences, partitions were analyzed. Results indicate that:(1) There is a significant difference in comfort threshold range of foot pressure between zones(P<0.05).In healthy adults, the threshold for foot pressure and discomfort and pain is the greatest in the center of the heel and the smallest in the thumb.The threshold of anterior palmar, lateral arch and heel region(osseous position) is larger, while the threshold of medial arch region(ligament position) is smaller.(2) Gender has a significant difference in the pressure comfort threshold range of each measuring point of the foot(P<0.05), and the pressure comfort threshold range of the male foot is higher than that of the female foot. The healthy adult foot discomfort, pain threshold in different partitions have obvious difference, can consider when footwear product design based on partition to partition structure and application of materials, discomfort, pain threshold than men and women significantly smaller, should be on the design of the women’s shoe and peripheral products to consider appropriately increase the soft materials, in order to achieve the footwear products increase comfort or reduce the discomfort and pain.
