摘  要:制革生产过程中会产生大量的铬鞣革废弃物,以回收利用废弃铬鞣革屑为出发点,坚持其加工过程清洁化、操作简单化、生产低消耗化为宗旨,借鉴家具行业实木颗粒板的生产工艺和技术,以氯丁胶为胶粘剂、以硫化机为主要加工设备,采用热压法制备了氯丁胶/铬革屑复合材料。研究发现:复合材料具有良好的透气性、吸水性和抗张强度,其最佳的热压条件和配方为:(1)20%胶,70℃,5 min,3 MPa;(2)23%胶,80℃,4 min,3 MPa;(3)18%胶,80℃,5 min,6 MPa。A lot of waste chrome leather scraps were produced during the tanning process.For the purpose of recycling waste chrome scraps in a clean,simple,low-consumption manner and high value products,inspired by the technology of solid wood particle board in the furniture industry,The composite material was prepared by hot pressing method with chloroprene rubber as adhesive and curing press as main processing equipment.The results show that the composite has good air permeability,water absorption and tensile strength.The optimal hot-pressing conditions and formula are:(1)latex ratio 20%,70℃,5 min and 3 MPa;(2)latex ratio 23%,80℃,4 min and 3 MPa;(3)latex ratio 18%,80℃,5 min and 6 MPa.
