摘  要:为科学、合理指导政府每年基础测绘项目投资预算,广州市采用基于网格化的基础测绘地形图困难类别的统计方法,准确统计基础测绘项目的三类困难类别的测绘面积,以此准确评估出基础测绘项目的困难程度和工作量。根据相应类别的测绘产品价格,政府部门可以预估出测绘项目的投资成本。For scientific and reasonable guiding government fundamental surveying and mapping project investment budget every year,a statistical method based on grid topographic map is presented to accurately estimate the total area of the three categories of difficult surveying and mapping projects,which can accurately assess fundamental surveying and mapping difficulty and workload of the project.According to the price of corresponding categories of surveying and mapping products,the government sector can forecast the surveying and mapping project investment cost.
