摘  要:制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/聚乳酸基热塑性弹性体(PLATPE)聚合物,研究PLA与PLATPE的不同配比对PLA/PLATPE共混物形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:PLA与PLATPE具有一定的相容性,而且PLATPE的加入降低了共混体系的T_g、T_m和T_c,但是对整个共混体系的结晶度影响不大。随着共混物中PLA含量的升高,热降解平台越明显,初始降解温度越高。制备的PLA/PLATPE共混物体系具有良好的形状记忆性能,且在T_g以下时,共混物的形变回复量很小,其形变回复主要在T_g以上时发生。PLA含量越高,PLA/PLATPE形状记忆共混物的形状回复率越高,PLA/PLATPE(10%)为最佳配比。Polylactic acid(PLA)/polylactic acid-based thermoplastic elastomer(PLATPE)composites were prepared,and the effects of different ratios of PLA and PLATEPE on shape memory properties of PLA/PLATPE blends were studied.The results showed that PLA and PLATPE had certain compatibility,and the addition of PLATPE significantly reduced the T_g,T_m and T_c of the blending system,but had little effect on the crystallinity of the entire blending system.The higher the PLA in the blend,the more obvious the thermal degradation platform and the higher the initial degradation temperature.The PLA/PLATPE blend system had good shape memory properties,and when the temperature was below T_g,the deformation recovery of the blend was very small and its deformation recovery mainly occurred above T_g.The higher the PLA content,the higher the shape recovery rate of PLA/PLATPE shape memory blends.PLA/PLATPE(10%)was the best ratio.
