摘 要:以水泥砂浆为基体,聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维为增强材料制备PVA-ECC材料,研究PVA纤维掺量、水胶比对其抗拉强度、抗压强度、应变-时间曲线及收缩性能的影响。结果表明:随着PVA纤维掺量的增加,PVA-ECC材料出现小幅度的收缩应变减小现象,各条应变-时间曲线基本重合。随着水胶比的降低,PVA-ECC材料的收缩均减小。水胶比对PVA-ECC材料前期的收缩影响较大,对14~28 d收缩影响较小。PVA纤维的掺入会降低PVA-ECC材料的抗压强度,可以通过减小水胶比来提高其抗压强度。且随着PVA纤维掺量的增加,试样抗拉强度呈上升趋势,即使加入少量纤维也可较大提高基材的抗拉强度。The PVA-ECC material was prepared with cement mortar as the matrix and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber as the reinforcing material,and the effects of PVA fiber content and water-binder ratio on its tensile strength,compressive strength,strain-time curve and shrinkage performance were studied.The results showed that with the increase of PVA fiber content,PVA-ECC material showed a small shrinkage strain reduction phenomenon,and the strain-time curves basically coincided.As the water-binder ratio decreased,the shrinkage of PVA-ECC materials decreased.The water-binder ratio had a greater impact on the early shrinkage of PVA-ECC materials,and had a smaller effect on the 14~28 d shrinkage.The incorporation of PVA fibers reduced the compressive strength of PVA-ECC materials,which could be improved by reducing the water-binder ratio.And with the increase of the PVA fiber content,the tensile strength of the sample showed an upward trend,even adding a small amount of fiber could greatly increase the tensile strength of the substrate.
