摘　　要：当前,世界正在经历百年未有之大变局。在经济层面,这个大变局体现在世界经济版图、经济全球化和全球经济治理三个层面同步发生深刻调整,突出表现为"南升北降"的世界经济版图变化。同时,经济全球化遭遇波折但深入发展的大势不会逆转,且在新一轮科技革命和产业变革推动下,将呈现一系列新特征新趋势。全球经济治理体系正在发生"二战"以来最深刻的调整。At present,the world is undergoing major changes unseen in a century.At the economic level,this major change is reflected in the simultaneous profound adjustments of the world economic map,economic globalization,and global economic governance,and it is prominently manifested in the changes in the world economic map of‘South rising and North falling’.At the same time,economic globalization has encountered twists and turns but the general trend of in-depth development will not be reversed,and a series of new characteristics and new trends will be presented under the impetus of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.The global economic governance system is undergoing the most profound adjustment since World War II.
