摘 要:目的探讨组织多普勒(TDI)评价低温兔不同左室构型心功能变化的价值。方法选取20只健康新西兰兔,采用抽签法将其随机分为常温组与低温组,每组各10只。低温组根据Ganau的超声参数符合离心性肥厚,即定为EH组。常温组置于室温22~25℃,低温组置于-25℃环境下8 h。比较两组实验兔的常规超声参数、心率(HR)、心功能及TDI参数。结果EH组的收缩末期左心房内径、舒张末期左心室内径、相对室壁厚度、左室质量指数、Tei指数均高于常温组,左心室射血分数、HR、收缩期S波峰值速度、舒张早期E波峰值速度(Em)、舒张晚期A波峰值速度、二尖瓣口舒张早期峰值血流速度(E)/Em均低于常温组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E/Em与温度呈正相关(P<0.05,r=0.77)。结论TDI技术可以独立且有效地评价左室不同构型心功能的变化,并且与病理变化一致。Objective To investigate the value of tissue Doppler imaging(TDI)in evaluating cardiac function in rabbits with different left ventricular configurations.Methods Twenty healthy New Zealand rabbits were selected and randomly divided into normal temperature group and low temperature group by lottery with 10 rabbits in each group.According to the ultrasonic parameters of Ganau,the low-temperature group conforms to the eccentric hypertrophy,the EH group.The normal temperature group was placed at room temperature of 22~25℃,and the low temperature group was placed at-25℃for 8 hours.Conventional ultrasound parameters,heart rate(HR),cardiac function and TDI were compared between the two groups.Results EH group of end systolic left atrium diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,relative ventricular wall thickness,left ventricular mass index,Tei index were higher than normal group,left ventricular ejection fraction,HR,systolic peak value S speed,early diastolic E peak value(Em),late diastolic A crest value speed,mitral valve orifice early diastolic peak flow velocity(E)/Em are lower than normal group,two groups of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).E/Em was positively correlated with temperature(P<0.05,r=0.77).Conclusion TDI technique can independently and effectively evaluate the changes of cardiac function with different configurations of left ventricle,and is consistent with pathological changes.
