摘  要:为了确保既有混凝土空心板桥在其剩余服役期内拥有可靠的抗震性能,满足现行抗震规范要求,在全面调研的基础上,选取有代表性的空心板桥为研究对象,采用现场调研、有限元分析相结合的手段对既有空心板桥进行抗震性能评价,并针对存在的问题提出解决措施。结果表明:既有空心板桥存在桥墩箍筋配置不足、受剪承载力不满足要求、主梁支承长度不足、纵桥向未采取防落梁措施、地震作用下板式支座滑动等问题。针对上述问题,对比分析桥墩外包钢筋混凝土和粘贴碳纤维两种加固方法的加固效果,外包钢筋混凝土加固对抗剪和抗弯承载力均有所提高,但会加大桩基础的地震响应;粘贴碳纤维加固可以有效提升墩柱的剪力,对下部结构影响较小,但抗弯承载力提升较小。针对主梁支承长度不足的问题,提出一种增大主梁支承长度的装置,该装置与主梁的搭接长度亦需满足一定的要求,针对本文的分析对象,搭接长度需≥25 cm。针对支座滑移可能导致主梁落梁的问题,提出一种整体封装式抗震锚棒,可用于纵向限位,该锚棒可避免常规锚棒在施工现场安装套管、灌注填充物、封装套管等工序,可大大提高施工效率。To ensure that the existing concrete hollow plate bridge has reliable seismic performance during its remaining service period,to meet the requirements of the current anti-seismic norms,on the basis of comprehensive research,a representative hollow plate bridge selected as the research object.Using a combination of on-site research and finite element analysis of the existing hollow plate bridge seismic performance evaluation,measures were put forward for the existing problems.Results showed that there were problems such as insufficient configuration of bridge hoops,insufficient shear carrying capacity,insufficient length of main beam support,no anti-falling beam measures taken in the vertical bridge,and sliding of plate support under seismic action.In view of the mentioned issues,the reinforcement effect of the two reinforcement methods of outsourcing reinforced concrete and paste carbon fiber cloth was analyzed,the outsourcing concrete reinforcement against shear and anti-bending carrying capacity had been improved,but the seismic response of the pile foundation would be increased.However,the anti-bend carrying capacity was increased less.In view of the problem of insufficient length of main beam support,a device was proposed to increase the support length of the main beam,the device and the main beam connection length also needed to meet certain requirements,required solder was≥25 cm for the analysis object of this paper.In view of the problem that support slip may cause the main beam to fall,a whole package-type seismic anchor rod was proposed,which could be used for vertical limit and avoid the normal anchor rod in the construction site installation of casing,filling filler,package casing and other processes,greatly improved the construction efficiency.
