摘 要:为解决因常年不合理灌溉和施肥等造成的设施土壤次生盐渍化问题,开发了以专利土壤改良技术和生物菌肥为基础的"双核"土壤改良技术。以黄瓜为例,设置了5个处理(CK:不施生物菌肥和调理剂;T1:1500 kg/hm^2生物菌肥;T2:1500 kg/hm^2生物菌肥+750 kg/hm^2调理剂;T3:1500 kg/hm^2生物菌肥+1500 kg/hm^2调理剂;T4:1500 kg/hm^2生物菌肥+2250 kg/hm^2调理剂),进行土壤改良效果对比。结果表明:处理T4效果最优,黄瓜总产量达到125.76 t/hm^2,较CK增加31.0%;VC含量、可溶性固形物含量较CK分别增加22.4%和12.6%,可滴定酸含量、硝酸盐含量分别下降11.2%和15.4%;耕层土壤容重、pH值、EC值、全盐量显著降低,土壤中有机质、有效钾、全氮和有效磷含量增加。In order to solve the problem of soil secondary salinization caused by irrational irrigation and fertilization in greenhouse,the’binuclear’soil improvement technology based on patented soil improvement technology and biological bacterial fertilizer was developed.Taking cucumber as the material,five treatments were set up(CK:no biological bacterial fertilizer and amendment,T1:1500 kg/hm^2 biological bacterial fertilizer,T2:1500 kg/hm^2 biological bacterial fertilizer and 750 kg/hm^2 amendment,T3:1500 kg/hm^2 biological bacterial fertilizer and 1500 kg/hm^2 amendment,T4:1500 kg/hm^2 biological fertilizer and 2250 kg/hm^2 amendment)to explore the effects on soil improvement.The results showed that the effect of treatment T4 was the best,and the total yield of cucumber reached 125.76 t/hm^2,which increased by 31.0%compared with CK,and the content of VC and soluble solids increased by 22.4%and 12.6%respectively compared with CK,while the content of titratable acid and nitrate decreased by 11.2%and 15.4%,respectively.At the same time,the soil bulk density,pH,EC and total salt in the plough layer of T4 significantly reduced and the content of organic matter,available potassium,total nitrogen and available phosphorus in topsoil increased.
