摘 要:韭蛆是韭菜种植中的主要害虫,严重影响韭菜的产量和质量,为了探究韭蛆绿色防控技术,研究了应用生物天敌昆虫病原线虫品系防治大金钩韭菜地韭蛆的田间防治效果,结果显示:应用Steinernema feltiae SN线虫+吡虫啉效果最好,其中处理3 d时虫口减退率达到28.80%,校正防效22.42%;7 d时虫口减退率达到57.96%,校正防效47.45%;14 d时虫口减退率达到91.07%,校正防效87.91%;21 d时虫口减退率达到96.13%,校正防效91.35%;且添加吡虫啉提高了杀虫速度,说明吡虫啉起到了一定的增效作用,建议S.feltiae SN线虫与吡虫啉混合使用。Bradysia odoriphaga is the main pest in leek planting,which seriously affects the yield and quality of leek.In order to explore the green prevention and control technology of Bradysia odoriphaga,the field control effect of natural enemy Steinernema feltiae SN nematode strain on Bradysia odoriphaga in Dajingou leek field was studied.The results showed that the application effect of S.feltiae SN nematode+imidacloprid was the best,among which the population decline rate was 28.80%and the corrected control effect was 22.42%on the 3rd day,the population decline rate was 57.96%and the corrected control effect was 47.45%on the 7th day,the population decline rate was 91.07%and the corrected control effect was 87.91%on the 14th day,the reduction rate was 96.13%and the corrected control effect was 91.35%on the 21st day.The addition of imidacloprid increased the insecticidal speed,indicating that imidacloprid had a certain synergistic effect.It was suggested that S.feltiae SN should be mixed with imidacloprid.
