摘　　要：目的研究过氧化氢银离子消毒剂消毒相关性能,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法,对某过氧化氢银离子消毒剂的消毒相关性能进行观察。结果该过氧化氢银离子消毒剂原液含过氧化氢3 g/L和银离子100 mg/L。原液作用5 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均高于7. 11,对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均高于5. 33。原液擦拭作用5 min,对物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值高于1. 18。该消毒剂原液对不锈钢和铜基本无腐蚀,对碳钢和铝轻度腐蚀。结论本研究过氧化氢银离子消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有较强的杀灭效果,对金属基本无腐蚀。Objective To observe the disinfection properties of silver hydrogen peroxide disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test,field test,metal corrosivity test and stability test were used to observe the performance of the disinfectant. Results The original solution of the hydrogen peroxide silver ion disinfectant contained hydrogen peroxide 3 g/L and silver ion 100 mg/L. The killing logarithms of staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were all higher than 7. 11,and the killing logarithms of Candida albicans was higher than 5. 33. The average killing log value of the natural bacteria on the surface of the object for 5 min was higher than 1. 18. The disinfectant had no corrosion on stainless steel and copper,but had mild corrosion on carbon steel and aluminum. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide silver ion disinfectant has a strong germicidal effect and good stability,good material compatibility.
