摘  要:目的观察一种复合皮肤消毒剂对冠状病毒的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验方法,对某复合型皮肤消毒剂灭活冠状病毒的效果进行观察。结果该复合型皮肤消毒剂主要有效成分为2 000 mg/L复合双链季铵盐和600 mg/L邻苯二甲醛。以该复合皮肤消毒液原液作用30 s,对悬液内冠状病毒GX_P2V(分离于穿山甲)灭活对数值> 4. 5。结论该复合型皮肤消毒剂可快速灭活冠状病毒GX_P2V。Objective To observe the killing effect of a compound skin disinfectant on coronavirus. Methods The suspension quantitative killing test method was used to observe the effect of this compound skin disinfectant on inactivation of coronavirus. Results The main active ingredients of the compound skin disinfectant were 2 000 mg/L compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt and 600 mg/L o-phthalaldehyde. With this compound skin disinfectant stock solution acting for 30 s,the killing logarithm value of coronovirus GX_P2V in suspension was > 4. 5. Conclusion This compound skin disinfectant can kill coronavirus GX_P2V quickly and effectively.
