摘　　要：目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间口腔门诊患者防护知识水平及防护现状,为医务人员进行针对性的宣教和指导提供参考。方法采取随机抽样法,选取2020年3月16-27日在该医院口腔科就诊的患者作为研究对象,采用直接观察法和自行设计的防护知识问卷,借助"问卷星"进行调查。结果共有1 022名患者参与了调查,直接观察结果表明,患者佩戴口罩执行率为100. 00%,正确率为57. 05%;候诊过程中患者全程佩戴口罩和与他人距离> 1 m的执行率、正确率分别为74. 17%和63. 80%、32. 00%和52. 74%;就诊结束后,患者手卫生的执行率为45. 30%,正确率为20. 94%。问卷调查结果表明,在基础知识维度,知晓新冠肺炎病毒通过接触传播占比最高,为98. 34%,知晓口腔治疗大多会产生气溶胶占比最低,仅38. 45%;在处置知识维度,知晓摘除口罩的方法为抓取耳挂摘除的占比最高,为90. 12%。结论患者对新冠肺炎期间口腔就诊的相关防护知识水平、行为有待提高。护士应采用多途径加强患者口腔就诊相关防护知识的宣教,有针对性地提升防护行为的执行率和正确率,避免口腔科聚集性疫情发生。Objective To investigate the protection status and knowledge of patients in dental clinic during the COVID-19 epidemic,and to provide references for medical staff to carry out targeted education and guidance. Methods Random sampling method was adopted,and patients who were treated in the stomatology department of a provincial level A tertiary general hospital from March 16 to 27,2020 were selected as the research objects. The direct observation method and self-designed protection knowledge questionnaire were used to conduct the investigation with the help of " questionnaire star". Results A total of 1 022 patients participated in the survey. The direct observation results showed that when patients came to see the doctor,the implementation rate of patients wearing masks was 100. 00%,with the correct rate of 57. 05%;during the waiting period,the implementation rate and correct rate of patients wearing masks and distance from others > 1 m were74. 17% and 63. 80%,32. 00% and 52. 74%,respectively;after the treatment,the implementation rate of hand hygiene was45. 30%,and the correct rate was 20. 94%. The results of the questionnaire survey showed that in the dimension of basic knowledge,knowing that COVID-19 spreads through contact accounted for the highest proportion of 98. 34%,and knowing that most oral treatments would produce aerosols accounted for the lowest proportionof 38. 45%;in the dimension of disposal knowledge,knowing that the method of removing maskswas that grabbing ear hooks accounted for the highest proportion of 90. 12%. Conclusion The patients’ level of protection knowledge and behaviors when consulting in dental clinic during the COVID-19 needs to be improved. Nurses should adopt multiple methods to strengthen the education of patients’ oral treatment related protection knowledge,for improving the implementation rate and correct rate of protective behaviors in a targeted manner,and avoiding the occurrence of cluster epidemics in stomatology department.
