摘　　要：目的了解河南省新冠肺炎疫情防控一级响应期间疫点空气消毒的开展及消毒方法的使用状况。方法采用调查表形式对疫点空气消毒基本信息、消毒方法等进行信息收集并分析。结果共有57家疾控中心进行了615次空气消毒处置。消毒处置场所以病家为主,占87. 31%。消毒方法包括消毒剂消毒和紫外线消毒2种,以消毒剂消毒为主,占98. 67%。消毒剂使用方式有常量喷洒和超低容量喷雾2种,以超低容量喷雾为主,占63. 43%。所使用消毒剂有过氧化氢、过氧乙酸、二氧化氯和含氯消毒剂,在超低容量喷雾法中,消毒剂使用以过氧化氢为主,占39. 22%。规范开展消毒处置249次,规范率为41. 02%。结论消毒方法仍以消毒剂喷雾消毒为主,空气消毒存在一定比例的不规范,今后还需加强疾控中心消毒专业人员技术培训及物资储备。Objective To understand the implementation of air disinfection at epidemic spots and the use of disinfectant methods during the frist-level response to the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Henan Province. Methods The form of questionnarie was used to collect and analyze the basic information and disinfection methods of air disinfection at epidemic spots. Results A total of 57 CDCs conducted air disinfection for 615 times. The disinfection and disposal sites were mainly patients’ families,accounting for 87. 31%. The disinfection methods included disinfectant and ultraviolet disinfection.Disinfectant disinfection was the main method,accounting for 98. 67%. The use pattern of disinfectant included constant spray and ultra-low volume spray. The ultra-low volume spray was the main method,accounting for 63. 43%. The disinfectants used were hydrogen peroxide,peracetic acid,chlorine dioxide and chlorine-containing disinfectants. With the method of ultra-low volume spray,the main disinfectant was hydrogen peroxide,accounting for 39. 22%. Disinfection treatments were standardly carried out for 249 times,with a standard rate of 41. 02%. Conclusion The disinfection method is still mainly disinfectant spray,and there is a certain proportion of non-standard operation during air disinfection. In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the technical training of disinfection professionals and material storage in CDC.
