摘 要:在军牧1号白猪中挑选背膘厚差异极显著(P<0.01)的高背膘(HBF)组和低背膘(LBF)组公猪各5头,对粪便微生物进行16S rRNA高通量测序。结果显示,2组间微生物群落结构存在33.00%的差异;HBF组厚壁菌门和梭菌纲的相对丰度高于LBF组,拟杆菌门和拟杆菌纲的相对丰度低于LBF组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);HBF组纤维杆菌门、消化球菌属、萨特菌属、考拉杆菌属、多尔菌属和纤维杆菌属序列量显著高于LBF组(P<0.05);HBF组优势属为布雷德菌属、梭菌属和考拉杆菌属。结果表明,高背膘猪的粪便厚壁菌门比例增加,而拟杆菌门比例下降,布雷德菌属、梭菌属和考拉杆菌属为高背膘猪的关键群属。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the difference of intestinal microbial diversity in pigs with different backfat.Respectively,5 boars were selected from high-backfat(HBF)group and the low-backfat(LBF)with significant difference in backfat(P<0.01)of Junmu NO.1 pigs for 16 S rRNA high-throughput sequencing of fecal microbes.The results showed that:There were 33.00%differences in the microbial community structure between the two groups.The relative abundance of Firmicutes and Clostridium in the HBF group was higher than that in the LBF group,and the relative abundance of Bacteroides and Bacteroidaceae was lower than the LBF group with no significant difference(P>0.05).The number of sequences of Fibrobacteres,Peptococcus,Sutterella,Phascolarctobacterium,Dorea and Fibrobacter in the HBF group was significantly higher than that in the LBF group(P<0.05).The dominant genera in the HBF group were Brucella,Clostridium and Phascolarctobacterium.The results of this study provided that the proportion of Firmicutes increased in high-backfat pigs,while that the Bacteroides decreased.Brucella,Clostridium and Phascolarctobacterium were the key community members of HBF pigs.
