摘 要:为研究不同生长调节剂对花毛茛营养生长、开花及种球品质的影响,选用α-萘乙酸、复硝酚钠、吲哚丁甲酸、芸苔素内酯4种生长调节剂,以清水为对照对花毛茛进行喷施试验。结果表明:与CK相比,α-萘乙酸可显著降低花毛茛植株高度,株高下降约3 cm,且对花毛茛花苞形成有明显的抑制作用,花苞量下降41.2%。复硝酚钠对花毛茛花期相关指标有一定促进作用,花头直径较CK增加约1 cm,花头增重71.2%。芸苔素内酯有利于花毛茛地上部生物量积累,地上部鲜、干重较CK分别增加22.4%和48.6%;同时芸苔素内酯可显著提高花毛茛种球品质,与CK相比,花毛茛种球直径增加近3 cm,种球质量增加21.3%。主成分分析显示,芸苔素内酯处理综合得分最高,即芸苔素内酯促进花毛茛生长发育的综合效果最好。In order to study the effects of plant growth regulators on the growth,flowering and bulb quality of Ranunculus asianticus L.,1-naphthylacetic acid(α-NAA),compound sodium nitrophenolate(CSN),indolebutyric acid(IBA),brassinolide(BR)and water(CK)were used to treat R.asianticus L.by spraying in an experiment.The results showed that theα-NAA treatment reduced the plant height of R.significantly,3 cm shorter than that of the CK,and inhibited the formation of floral buds with the bud number decreasing by 41.2%.The CSN promoted flower indicators of R.asianticus L at the flowering stage.The CSN treatment increased the flower head diameter by 1 cm and the flower head weight by71.2%as against the CK.The BR was conducive to aboveground biomass accumulation,and the BR treatment increased the fresh and dry biomass weight by 22.4%and 48.6%,respectively as against the CK.The BR also improved the quality of the bulb significantly.When compared with CK,the BR treatment increased the bulb diameter increased by nearly 3 cm and the bulb weight by 21.3%.The principal component analysis showed that BR had the highest score,and had the highest comprehensive effect on promoting of the growth of R.asianticus L.
