摘 要:白木香人工规模栽培已有40年之久,但关于白木香优良品种系统评价的报道较少。为了评价白木香品种‘热科2号’(琼R-ETS-AS-003-2017)所产沉香的化学成份特征,分别对‘热科2号’17个沉香样品的化学成份进行GC-MS分析。结果表明,在‘热科2号’沉香样品的化学成份中,2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类化合物的相对含量较高,倍半萜类化合物的相对含量较低。不同‘热科2号’沉香样品的化学成份的GC-MS指纹图谱相似度为0.55~0.99,相对含量较高的共有成份为2-[2-(4-甲氧基苯)乙基]色酮、2-[2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯)乙基]色酮、2-(2-苯乙基)色酮和2-[2-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯)乙基]色酮。这4种色酮类化合物相对含量总和平均为93.16%,比普通白木香沉香的相关成分的相对含量显著提高,其中2-(2-苯乙基)色酮和2-[2-(4-甲氧基苯)乙基]色酮的相对含量之和平均为64.01%,与"奇楠"沉香的化学成分特征相似。Aquilaria sinensis has been cultivated for 40 years,but there were few reports about the systematic evaluation of its fine varieties.In order to evaluate the chemical composition characteristics of agarwood produced by A.sinensis’Reke2’(R-ETS-AS-003-2017),the chemical composition of 17 batches of agarwood samples from A.sinensis’Reke2’was analyzed by using GC-MS.The results indicated that the relative content of 2-(2-phenyl ethyl)chromone was higher and that the relative content of sesquiterpenoids was lower in the chemical composition of agarwood samples from A.sinensis’Reke2’.The GC-MS fingerprint of the chemical composition of different batches of agarwood samples from A.sinensis’Reke2’had a similarity of between 0.55 and 0.99,and the components of the agarwood samples with higher content included 2-[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]chromone,2-[2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]chromone,2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone and 2-[2-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]chromone.The average relative content of these four chromone compounds was 93.16%,which was significantly higher than that of the related components of the agarwood samples from common A.sinensis.The average of the sum of the relative contents of 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone and 2-[2-(4-methoxyphenylethyl)]chromone among the four chromone compounds was 64.01%,which was similar to that of the chemical components of’Qi Nan’agarwood.
