摘 要:运用结构性差距指数测度我国高等教育的区域发展水平发现,我国区域高等教育发展的内涵性差距突出,区域高等教育发展水平总体上自东向西呈阶梯式下降态势;西部地区高等教育发展水平整体较低,但也存在"高地",中部地区高等教育的发展存在结构性凹陷。为促进中西部地区高等教育快速发展,应采取突出国家在场,重构高等教育治理新格局;借助梯度推移作用,积极实施内涵式发展;组织知识联盟,激发内部活力;出台法律支持,夯实发展保障等措施。Using the structural gap index to measure the development level of China higher education,it found that the development of regional higher education was manifested as the connotation gap,and the phenomenon of gradient descent from east to west was also obvious.The overall development level of the western region was relatively low,but there were also"highlands".Simultaneously,there’s the structural depression in the central region.To promote the rapid development of higher education in the central and western regions,it should reconstruct the new pattern of higher education governance through highlighting the presence of the state;and actively implement connotative development using the grade process;organize knowledge alliance to stimulate internal vitality;and issue legal support to consolidate development guarantee.
