摘  要:"十三五"期间,针对中国海油固井技术从高温高压探井到高温高压气田开发井,从深水到超深水,从油气井水泥环短期防窜到全生命周期完整性等跨越面临的技术挑战,经过系统研究攻关,形成了高温高压井固井技术、深水井固井技术、非常规井固井技术、复杂盐膏层固井技术等具中国海油特色的固井技术体系。未来,为了适应中国海油持续增加的勘探开发力度,固井技术面临超高温高压、复合酸性气体腐蚀和超窄压力窗口挑战,超深水复杂浅层地质灾害、深水复杂开发井井筒完整性挑战,超低成本、超高时效挑战。建议中国海油固井技术发展需加强海上超高温高压复杂地层安全固井技术、超深水复杂地层安全固井技术、正常温压井降本增效的固井技术等方面研究,为中国海油油气勘探开发提供强有力的技术支撑。During the"13 th Five-Year Plan"period,in view of the technical challenges faced by CNOOC’s cementing jobs that have developed from HPHT exploration wells to HPHT gas field development wells,from deep-water to ultra-deep water,from short-term anti-channeling of oil and gas well cement sheath to full life cycle integrity,through systematically studying and tackling key problems,a CNOOC-featured cementing technical system,including the HPHT well cementing,deep-water well cementing,unconventional well cementing and complex salt gypsum layer cementing,has been formed.In the future,in order to adapt to the increasing exploration and development efforts of CNOOC,the cementing jobs will be challenged by ultra high temperature and pressure,complex acidic gas corrosion,ultra-narrow pressure window,complex shallow geological hazards in ultra-deep water,wellbore integrity of complex development wells in deep water,ultra-low cost and ultra-high time efficiency.It is suggested that the development of CNOOC cementing technologies shall focus on the studies of offshore safety cementing in ultra high temperature and pressure complex formations,safety cementing in ultra-deep water complex formations,as well as the cementing technology for reducing cost and increasing benefit in normal temperature and pressure wells,so as to provide strong technical supports for CNOOC’s oil and gas exploration and development.
