摘 要:海底短直管道在高温高压载荷作用下会产生轴向移动现象,影响海底管道的系统稳定性。本文综合考虑钢悬链线立管张力、瞬态热梯度、海床倾角等因素,应用ABAQUS软件建立了有限元模型,通过分析管道有效轴向力及端点的轴向位移研究了海底短直管道的轴向移动现象。在计算和分析6种锚固方式管道端部的轴向移动距离和最大锚固力的基础上,认为在管道中间位置安装单向锚产生的锚固力最小且成本最低,因而是最优的锚固方式。本文研究成果为海底短直管道铺设及锚固措施选择提供了有效参考依据。The axial movement of submarine short straight pipelines under high temperature and high pressure load will affect the system stability of submarine pipelines.In this paper,a finite element model is established by ABAQUS software considering the tension of steel catenary riser,transient thermal gradient and seabed dip angle.The axial movement of submarine short straight pipeline is studied by analyzing the effective axial force of the pipeline and the axial displacement of the end point.Based on the calculation and analysis of the axial movement distance and the maximum anchoring force of pipe end in six anchoring modes,it is considered that the installation of uni-directional anchor at the middle point of the pipeline produces the least anchoring force and costs the lowest,so it is the optimal anchoring mode.The research results in this paper provide an effective reference for the laying and anchoring of submarine short straight pipelines.
