文化资源在历史街区更新中的作用研究——以上海市音乐谷为例

摘　　要：在全球化竞争和消费社会的背景下,文化成为城市重要的发展资源,城市空间的演进发展也不可避免地出现“文化转向”。通过厘清城市文化和城市文化资源的概念,归纳出空间、活动、产业三类城市文化资源,并指出其具体的文化形态。提出文化资源推动历史街区更新的分析框架,从空间、经济、社会三个维度分析影响和机制。以上海音乐谷地区为研究案例,通过梳理其发展历程,总结地区拥有的文化资源;并根据分析框架,具体阐述了文化资源对音乐谷地区空间品质、经济发展、社会更新等方面的推动作用。最后指出,城市更新发展应当更加关注文化的作用和影响,并对政府施行的文化政策和更新政策提出了建议。In the context of global competition and consumer society,culture has become an important development resource for cities.Meanwhile,the evolution of urban space has inevitably resulted in a“cultural turn”.By interpreting the concepts of urban culture and urban cultural resources,three types of urban cultural resources:space,activity,and industry are summarized,and their specific cultural forms are respectively pointed out.The paper proposes the analysis framework of the contribution of cultural resources to promote the historical districts regeneration,specifically focusing on its impact and mechanism from three dimensions:space,economy and society.Taking Shanghai Music Valley(SMV)as a case study,by presenting its development history,the cultural resources of SMV are concluded.And according to the analysis framework,this study specifically explains how cultural resources spatially,economically and socially promote the regeneration of SMV.Finally,it is pointed out that urban development and regeneration should pay more attention to the role and influence of culture.Moreover,the paper proposes recommendations for the government policies of cultural and regeneration.
