摘　　要：上海各区都有一定数量的旧改地块,也存在一定量的历史建筑需要保留保护。文章详细论述上海现存历史里弄住宅建筑存在的问题,通过技术措施恢复其原有建筑面貌,实现历史里弄住宅的保护和利用价值。There are both a certain number of old and renovated plots and a certain number of historical buildings that need to be preserved and protectedin all districts of Shanghai.This paper has discussed the problems existing in the existing residential buildings in Shanghai's historic lanes and alleysin detail,and the protection and utilization value of the residential buildings in Shanghai's historic lanes and alleys are realized by restoring their original architectural appearance through technical measures.
