摘　　要：目的探讨“工”字型约束带在腹部类手术患者中的设计与应用。方法选取2019年7月至2019年12月在本院接受腹部类手术的262例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=128)和观察组(n=134)。对照组采用条形约束带约束患者,观察组采用“工”字型约束带约束患者。比较两组手术患者挣脱率、皮肤损伤、肌肉酸痛发生率以及舒适度、满意度。结果观察组患者挣脱率为5.2%(7/134),对照组患者挣脱率为13.3%(17/128),观察组患者挣脱率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组未发生皮肤损伤、肌肉酸痛,观察组皮肤损伤、肌肉酸痛发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“工”字型约束带用于腹部手术患者,可显著降低患者挣脱率,减少皮肤损伤、肌肉酸痛的发生,提高患者舒适度和满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the design and application of I-shape restraint belt in patients underwent abdominal surgery.Methods 262 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group(n=128)and the observation group(n=134).The control group used strip-shaped restraint belt to restrain patients,and the observation group used I-shape restraint belt to restrain patients.The rate of break-out,the incidence of skin damage,muscle soreness,and the comfort and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The breakaway rate of the restraint band of patients in the observation group was 5.2%(7/134),and the breakaway rate of the restraint band of patients in the control group was 13.3%(17/128).The breakaway rate of the restraint band of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of skin injury and muscle soreness in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no skin injury and muscle ache in the observation group,and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Ishape restraint belt used in patients with abdominal surgery,which can significantly reduce the patient's break-away rate,reduce the occurrence of skin damage and muscle soreness,and improve the patient's comfort and satisfaction and it is worth clinical promoting.
