摘　　要：目的分析超声引导下胆囊穿刺造瘘术在老年急性胆囊炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月至2019年11月本院收治的120例老年急性胆囊炎患者,依照住院时间的不同分为参照组(n=58)与实验组(n=62)。参照组开展胆囊切除术,实验组开展超声引导下胆囊穿刺造瘘术。比较两组临床治疗效果、临床症状改善时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生状况。结果实验组治疗优良率(98.39%)显著高于参照组(84.48%)(P<0.05)。实验组临床症状改善时间、住院时间明显短于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后并发症总发生率(3.23%)明显低于参照组(15.52%)(P<0.05)。结论在老年急性胆囊炎治疗中超声引导下胆囊穿刺造瘘术的实践效果较为突出,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided gallbladder puncture fistula in the treatment of senile acute cholecystitis.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected and they were divided into the reference group(n=58)and the experimental group(n=62)according to the different length of hospitalization.Cholecystectomy and ultrasound-guided gallbladder puncture fistula were performed respectively in the reference group and the experimental group.The clinical treatment effects,clinical symptoms improved time,length of hospital stay and postoperative complications between two groups were compared.Results The excellent treatment rate in the experimental group(98.39%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(84.48%)(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms improved time and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(3.23%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group(15.52%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ultrasound-guided gallbladder puncture fistula in the treatment of senile acute cholecystitis is outstanding and worthy of clinical application.
