摘　　要：目的探讨七氟烷-瑞芬太尼复合麻醉对妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉效果及苏醒质量的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月本院妇科收治的行腹腔镜手术治疗的120例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组行瑞芬太尼复合麻醉,观察组为七氟烷-瑞芬太尼复合麻醉。比较两组术中平均动脉压及心率变化、麻醉苏醒时间和苏醒质量。结果两组术中不同时间点平均动脉压及心率变化比较差异均无统计学意义。观察组苏醒时间、手术结束至拔管时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),苏醒程度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科腹腔镜手术中采用七氟烷-瑞芬太尼复合麻醉方案可进有效稳定术中血压及心率,维持良好的麻醉效果,且患者苏醒时间快,苏醒质量高,属于安全可靠的麻醉方案,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of sevoflurane-remifentanil combined anesthesia on the anesthesia effect and recovery quality of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients received laparoscopic surgery from October 2017 to October 2019 in our department of gynecology were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received remifentanil combined anesthesia.The observation group received Sevoflurane-remifentanil combined anesthesia.The changes of mean arterial pressure and heart rate during the operation,and the anesthesia recovery time and quality were compared between two group.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the two groups at different time points during operation.The recovery time of the observation group and the time from the end of the operation to the extubation were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The awakening degree score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sevoflurane-remifentanil combined anesthesia protocol in gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively stabilize the intraoperative blood pressure and heart rate,maintain a good anesthesia effect,and have a fast wake-up time and high wake-up quality,which is a safe and reliable anesthesia,and it is worth promoting.
