摘  要:采用紫外光聚合工艺,制备了一种新型支化结构的硅烷偶联剂——丙烯酸酯九乙氧基硅烷偶联剂,考察了支化单体三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸甲酯含量、光引发剂2,2-二甲氧基-2-苯基苯乙酮含量以及辐照时间对新型偶联剂特性黏度的影响,结果表明,影响新型偶联剂特性黏度因素从大到小的顺序依次为支化单体用量、光引发剂用量和辐照时间。产品的红外光谱显示,新型偶联剂分子中存在着羰基,不饱和双键含量减少,说明得到了目标产物。制备的新型偶联剂对硅灰石具有偶联作用,提高了硅灰石与聚丙烯的相容性和在聚丙烯中的分散性,进而提高了聚丙烯/硅灰石复合材料的力学性能和加工性能。新型偶联剂用量为1.5份时,复合材料的拉伸强度由30.2 MPa提高到45.2 MPa,断裂伸长率由237%提高到389%,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度由5.67 kJ/m^2提高到7.72 kJ/m^2,加工扭矩由5.8 N·m降低到3.4 N·m。A new branched silane coupling agent acrylate 9-ethoxysilane coupling agent was prepared by UV polymerization.The effects of branched monomer trimethylolpropane trimethylmethacrylate content,photoinitiator 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone content and reaction time on intrinsic viscosity of coupling agent were studied.The results show that the order of factors affecting the intrinsic viscosity of coupling agent from large to small is branched monomer content,photoinitiator content and reaction time.The target product was testified by the existence of carbonyl groups and decrease of unsaturated double bond content in infrared spectrum of product.The product has the coupling function to wollastonite,which contributes to the improvement of the compatibility and dispersion of wollastonite in polypropylene(PP),the mechanical and processing properties of composite are improved.When the amount of coupling agent is 1.5 phr,the tensile strength of PP/wollastonite composite is increased from 30.2 MPa to 45.2 MPa,elongation at break is increased from 237%to 389%,Izod notched impact strength is increased from 5.67 kJ/m^2 to 7.72 kJ/m^2,and torque is reduced from 5.8 N·m to 3.4 N·m.
